All our solutions come with our Enterprise Class Technical Support.  We prove this service using live USA based technical support personnel.  We are able to provide this support because we built an infrastructure that consist of:

1. The equipment on board

This equipment has many built in remote management features.  Every unit on our fleets is constantly connected to our management servers in the USA.   This enables our technical support personnel to quickly respond remotely to any guest issue better than if they were on board.

2.  Our operational NaaS servers and software

We have co-located and cloud servers that manage the operation of the unit on board and provide the log in, point of sale, and support operation of the services.
